Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the USA and Canada who are 18 years of age or older (the \"Entrant\"). Participants must be employed by a company that is a ConnexFM member either as a “Supplier” membership type or as “Multi-Site FM” membership type as of April 6, 2025. Employees of ConnexFM, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of such employees, officers, and directors are not eligible to enter. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

How to enter: Eligible participants must register for the ConnexFM 2025 National Conference and attend the event. No purchase necessary to enter or win.  Limit one entry per eligible company. Registration for the event can be completed online at national.connexfm.com or on-site of the ConnexFM 2025 National Conference. 
Duration: The giveaway contest ends on April 7, 2025 at 8:00pm MT. Only entries submitted before the deadline will be considered.
 

Prizes: There are two (2) grand prizes, one for each of the membership types that are eligible: One (1) Supplier Company will receive a lifetime membership at their current membership level. One (1) MSFM Company will receive a lifetime membership at their current membership level. As defined in the terms, the prize is non-transferable, and there will be no cash alternatives to it. ConnexFM reserves the right to substitute the prize with a product or service of equal value.
 

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries by the deadline. The drawing will take place at the ConnexFM 2025 National Conference, and will be announced during the ConnexFM 2025 Awards Gala. Winners need not be present at the time of the drawing to win.  

Notification of Winners: Winners will be notified via email or phone within ten (10) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within ten (10) business days, or declines the prize, an alternate winner will be selected.
Publicity: By participating in the giveaway contest, the winner agrees to allow ConnexFM to use their name, photograph, and likeness for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

Liability: By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to release and hold harmless ConnexFM, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
 

Dispute Resolution: Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
 

General Conditions: ConnexFM reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond ConnexFM's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes, as determined by ConnexFM in its sole discretion. ConnexFM reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
