Attendee Refunds 

Types: Multi-Site FMs, Non-Exhibiting Suppliers, Additional Delegates, Designated Agents

There are TWO types of refunds you will be receiving:
 

1) Connex Issued Registration Refund

Connex is currently pushing refund transactions to the credit card you selected to charge to during your registration process.

 

This process involves two entities, Connex and your credit card company.

 

  • Connex issues a refund to your credit card account.

 

  • A credit for the refunded purchase will appear in your credit card transactions. This process generally takes several business days and potentially even up to a week before the refunded purchase will appear on your credit card ledger as ‘Connex’.

 

2) MCI (Official Hotel/Housing Partner) Issued Refund

MCI is currently processing refund transactions for hotel room deposits to the credit card you selected to charge to during your hotel reservation process.

 

This process involves two entities, MCI and your credit card company.

 

  • MCI issues a refund to your credit card account.

 

  • A credit for the refunded purchase will appear in your credit card transactions. This process will be completed by April 30 and the refunded purchase will appear on your credit card ledger as ‘Connex Housing’.

 

PLEASE NOTE: If you did not use the Official CONNEX2020 Housing/Hotel Reservation system accessed through national.connexfm.com you will need to contact your hotel directly.

 

Exhibitor Refunds + Additional Options

Types: Exhibitor Full Delegates, Booth Staff , Additional tickets/services

There are up to FOUR types of refunds you will be receiving, depending on optional tickets and services purchased:
 

1) Connex Issued Registration Refund

Connex is currently pushing refund transactions to the credit card you selected to charge to during your registration process. This would apply to Exhibitor Delegate Upgrades for Booth Staff and additional tickets. 

 

This process involves two entities, Connex and your credit card company.

 

  • Connex issues a refund to your credit card account.

 

  • A credit for the refunded purchase will appear in your credit card transactions. This process generally takes several business days and potentially even up to a week before the refunded purchase will appear on your credit card ledger as ‘Connex’.

 

2) MCI (Official Hotel/Housing Partner) Issued Refund

MCI is currently processing refund transactions for hotel room deposits to the credit card you selected to charge to during your hotel reservation process. 

 

This process involves two entities, MCI and your credit card company.

 

  • MCI issues a refund to your credit card account.

 

  • A credit for the refunded purchase will appear in your credit card transactions. This process will be completed by April 30 and the refunded purchase will appear on your credit card ledger as ‘Connex Housing’.

3) Freeman (Official Exhibitor Services Partner) Refund 

Freeman is currently processing refund transactions in accordance with the Freeman Cancellation Policy Statement

4) Gaylord Palms (Electrical/Rigging/Internet Vendor) Refund

 

If your company ordered additional electrical, rigging and internet services directly from the Gaylord Palms, they should have already completed your refund. Please contact sales@connexfm.com if you have additional questions on this portion of your refund.
