The below information includes specific reminders and things to know as an exhibiting attendee for the ConnexFM 2024 National Conference. Please review these details and be mindful of some of the specific dates and deadlines noted on these reminders.

Freeman Booth Materials Discount Deadline | March 11, 2024

Freeman offers exhibitors discounts on booth materials from electrical to furniture and so much. Orders must be placed through your Exhibitor Console by March 11, 2024, to secure your pricing. Orders placed after this date may incur additional fee. See more below. 

Housing Deadline | March 13, 2024

Housing for the ConnexFM 2024 National Conference is managed through our registration partner, MCI. Be sure to connect with MCI on your housing options before the deadline. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us at

Online Registration Deadline | March 22, 2024

Online registration for the ConnexFM 2024 National Conference will remain open through March 22, 2024 only. Be sure to have your team fully registered by this deadline to lock in your tickets. On-site registration will be available starting Sunday, April 7, 2024. 


Move-in dates/times:

  • Monday 4/8 8AM-5PM

  • Tuesday 4/9 9AM-12PM  

Move-out dates/times:

  • Wednesday 4/10 3:30PM-10PM

  • Thursday 4/11 8AM-12PM

PLEASE NOTE: Exhibitors are not permitted to break down their booths prior to show close and the designated "move-out" times noted. If you have any questions, please reach out to


Be sure to review the FM Survey & Participants List prior to attending Quick Connect. You will recieve this information approximately 1-week prior to the Conference start date.


Wrist Bands for Quick Connect: Go to the Member Services desk located across from Registration in the Delta BCD Lobby to pick up your wristbands for access to Quick Connect. Each Company is limited to 1 wristband for each day. Quick Connect is included with your booth reservation 


Freeman discounts on Booth Materials will end on March 11th. Be sure order any of your booth materials before this deadline so you don't incur additional costs. To place your orders, access the Exhibitor Services Kit through your Exhibitor Console.

Option to purchase can include but are not limited to: power, lighting, special flooring, additional furniture for your booth, and Smart Networking Lead Retrieval

Freeman’s onsite Service Center will be located inside the exhibit hall by the 100’s aisle (see floorplan for exact location) for requests and support for exhibitors.

Booth Mateials Deadline



When you arrive at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and checkin for your hotel room, you can take advantage of mobile check-in if you are a current Marriott Bonvoy member. This can help decrease your wait time at the hotel check-in counters and allow you to gain immediate access to your room. Be sure to add your stay to your Marriott Bonvoy account to take advantage.

If you have not created a Marriott Bonvoy account and stayed at a participating Marriott hotel previously, you may not be able to take advantage of this check-in benefit. You can explore this option when you check-in at the Gaylord Resort.


In addition to the Gaylord mobile check-in option, we ask that you keep in mind that the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center is a cashless resort. The Gaylord properties typically will accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover Card, Amazon Pay, Marriott Bonvoy Points, and Marriott Gift Cards.

A conference attendee list will be provided to all confirmed registered attendees via an email from ConnexFM. We do not sell or distribute conference attendee lists through any other service or partner. If you receive a promotional email to purchase a ConnexFM conference attendee list, please forward this to and do not respond or engage with the company that solicits you for access to this list.
