This year we’re bringing a whole new vibe to our annual awards celebration with the Sneaks & Spotlights Gala - where recognition meets style.
We’re turning up the energy with a playful sneaker-ball twist. The look for attendees is formal with flair - so pair that suit or dress with the footwear that speaks to you. It’s your chance to show off personality, confidence, and maybe even a few dance moves - but don't worry, you don’t have to dress up to attend.

Think your kicks can claim the crown? At the Sneaks & Spotlights Gala, attendees have the option to have their shoes photographed for the Best Shoe of ConnexFM 2026 contest. After the National Conference wraps, we’ll open voting online - and let the FM community decide who truly stole the show.
The winner earns a special post-event award and the exclusive bragging rights as the Best Shoe of ConnexFM 2026.
So, polish up those sneakers (or heels) and bring your A-game - because this friendly contest is all about style, spirit, and fun.
Stay & Get Your Shoes on the Dance Floor
After the close of our Awards Gala, join us for the ConnexFM2026 Closing Event from 8:00pm - 10:00pm. Music, drinks, dancing, and so much more awaits. Ticket holders of the Awards Gala get automatic access to the Closing Event so stay and get those shoes on the dance floor!
