ConnexFM Members may attend as a Non-Exhibiting Supplier as many times as wanted, provided you are a member in good standing.

Pricing – based on membership category:

Category 1 – annual sales $0-$5,000,000:

$2,000 per person

Category 2 – annual sales $5,000,001-$100,000,000:

$3,000 per person

Category 3 – annual sales over $100,000,000:

$4,000 per person

Non-Member: $5,750 per person

Hosted-Buyer Information

This special program is available to Multi-Site FM Members & Non-Members only for a chance to experience the ConnexFM National Conference with a special program access and coverage provided by ConnexFM. As a Hosted-Buyer/Grant Recipient, you agree to the following: • Attend Hosted-Buyer Orientation Monday, April 8 from 3:00pm – 3:30pm. • Attend both Quick Connects, Monday, April 8 from 3:30pm-5:00pm and Tuesday, April 9, 1:30pm-2:15pm. • Attend 2 Education Tracks and complete survey via the mobile App at the end of all sessions attended. • Spend a minimum of four (4) hours on the exhibit hall floor. • Complete a minimum of ten (10) connections with suppliers on the exhibit hall floor. • Complete conference survey within 5 days post conference in-order to receive Hosted-Buyer Grant reimbursement. • All attendance will be verified electronically via smart networking device. Upon approval as a Hosted-Buyer, ConnexFM will cover up to 3 hotel nights at a host hotel property and up to $400 air travel (No upgrades or preferred seats covered). HOUSING INFORMATION

Housing for the conference will be available at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center, but this must be booked through the ConnexFM approved registration and housing partner, MCI. Upon completing your conference registration online, you will be provided with an opportunity to book your housing at that time.

MCI is the approved registration and housing partner of ConnexFM 2024. Any other companies advertising hotel bookings or attendee lists are fraudulent and not associated with ConnexFM. If you receive communication from any other party offering hotel bookings or attendee lists, please forward these to events@connexfm.com.
