Are there any opportunities to attend the conference free of charge? Yes, any Multi-Site FM registrants have the opportunity to apply to be a Hosted Buyer. You can find more information on Hosted Buyer registration by visiting the Register page.

What is expected of me as a Hosted Buyer? Attend (2) Quick Connect Sessions (Monday, April 3 (3:45 pm – 5 pm) and Tuesday, April 4 (1:30 pm – 2:30 pm) Minimum of (4) hours on the exhibit floor Make (10) connections with Suppliers through our electronic SMART Networking

What is the host hotel? Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center—1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, TX 76051

What is the nightly room rate at the Gaylord Texan? $239 a night plus tax

Can I book my room directly with the hotel? No, all housing must be booked with MCI once registration is complete. If your room is booked outside of our registration website, we are unable to guarantee the group rate and rate

What if I need to change my hotel reservation? Hotel reservations through our website must be made prior to March 10, 2023. Updates/changes can be made up until March 30th by contacting After March 30th, all new reservations, changes and updates must be handled directly with the Gaylord Texan.

What if I need to change my registration? Registration changes can be made within your event registration portal or by contacting or 972-349-7789

Can I bring a guest/spouse with me to the event? Yes! We offer non-industry guest and spouse registration at $250 each. This registrant will have access to the Welcome Reception, General Session and Closing Event.

I’m an exhibitor—how many registrations come with my booth? Your registration allotments are based on your booth size. Per 10x10 space (100 sq. Ft.) you will have (2) Full Conference Exhibitor Delegate badges and (2) Booth Staff badges (limited access). You do have the option to purchase additional Full Conference Delegate badges for $1,000/each prior to earlybird cutoff (February 25) and $1,500 after earlybird cutoff. There is no option to purchase additional Booth Staff badges.

What is included in my registration? Exhibitor Full Conference Exhibitor Delegate: Welcome Reception, education sessions, General Session, Sponsor Recognition & Awards Luncheon, Exhibition, Closing Event, Quick Connect. Booth Staff: General Session, Exhibition, Quick Connect. Tickets can be purchased during the registration process for the Welcome Reception, Sponsor Recognition & Awards Luncheon and Closing Event. Non-Exhibiting Supplier Welcome Reception, education sessions, General Session, Sponsor Recognition & Awards Luncheon, Exhibition on day two only (April 5th) Multi-Site FM Full Conference Access—please note that offsite ticketed events with a fee associated are not included for any registration type.

Do I have to be a member to attend ConnexFM National Conference? Exhibitor All exhibitors are required to be members of ConnexFM. To check on your membership status or to join as a new member, contact Non-Exhibiting Supplier Non-Exhibiting Supplier registration is available to non-members. Multi-Site FM Multi-Site FM registration is available to non-members.

My company is classified as a supplier—can I attend the conference without exhibiting? We have a Non-Exhibiting Supplier registration type available. ConnexFM Non-Members may attend as an NES one time only. Members of ConnexFM may attend as an NES as many times as wanted. Pricing is based on membership category: Category 1 – annual sales $0-$5,000,000: $2,000 per person Category 2 – annual sales $5,000,001-$100,000,000: $3,000 per person Category 3 – annual sales over $100,000,000: $4,000 per person NES Non-Member is $5,750 per person. Non-exhibiting supplier badge includes Welcome Reception, Awards & General Sessions, all education sessions (unless stated as Multi-Site FM's Only), Day 2 only of the Exhibition and Closing Event - Quick Connect Speed Networking Event can be purchased @ $2,000(only one person per company allowed)
